Owner, Tony Sheehan, started in the computer industry 20 years ago and opened his Cairns-based consultancy in 1994. Then named 'Multitech Data System Cairns', Tony sold and supported an array of computers, networking products and business software solutions, including the Sybiz accounting software.

In 2000, Sybiz products became the exclusive focus for the business, which was re-named Evolution Bites in 2003.

Providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations have been cornerstones for this business from the start; values that Tony remains committed to today.

To ensure Evolution Bites' expanding portfolio of diverse clients continues to receive the best possible service, a new full-time support employee was appointed in 2007. This role is filled by Karen Stedman. Karen has a Diploma in Business complemented with wide commercial experience and more than five years using Sybiz Accounting and Payroll software.
